Default Speed capped with business config

I'm using the business config 'cmbus-pkg3-nat-any.cm' which I thought includes no speed capping but my 20MB connection is down to 5MB?

The config definitely works as my upload speed is 1MB when not capped.

Are you using a MAC with that config or is it forced?
Im using the same config and i've not had any affect.
What are you using as a reference to let you know you're down to 5mb?

Yes I am using a MAC and forcing this config, you can't connect to the internet without a MAC can you?

I'm using Speedtest.net as my source. I've just changed to a different MAC and I'm getting the 20MB again so they definitely capped me on the first MAC and probably will on this MAC if I reach the limit.

Is anyone else getting capped with this config?

TBH I neither like nor trust speedtest.net tester.
Most of the time it gives me around 12mb. Sometimes 10mb and sometimes less.
When i'm using the PKG3 config and haven't even downloaded for the day.

If I try another speed test somewhere else I get 17mb+ down.

I went through a few speed testers, that were all giving me a result of anything from 3MB to 14MB, until I found speedtest.net. It always gives me 20MB and 1MB up but last night I noticed my Torrents had slowed down a great deal. So I shut down my torrent program and and ran speedtest.net and it gave me 5MB

I got capped again today. Could it be that I'm using a 20MB MAC with this business config. Is it best to use a light MAC or does it make no difference?

Because I was under the impression you don't get speed capped with the business config.

Anyhow, I tried the business config with a light 2MB MAC and I still got capped once I reached the 3GB limit. So I just switch my MAC to carry on downloading at full speed. Is this wise?
