i have a MaxV here that wont work when i do a powerscan the Level and Quality both say 80% but the box doesnt pick up any TP's. My Eurovox Blue works with no problems so i guess there is a fault with the box anyone know what it may be?.

First thing to try is to check all the connections, remove the splitter and even try copying the channel list from your Blue box to the Max V

Hey guys i checked all the connections and they were fine i also copied the channel list from the Blue Box to the MaxV but every channel says No Signal even though the level and Quality both sit at 81% after about 5minutes it will say Searching for signal but nothing seems to be working. i got the box from a friend who purchased a new one after this one stopped working. he doesnt know what happened to it just that it used to work fine but one day all the channels stopped working.

The firmware on the box is Kuro V3 Final from 18/04/2008 wen i got the box it had the firmware from october 2007 on it and i thought that maybe flashing with the new software would have fixed the problem but it didnt.

make sure ur lead goung in to ur box has no bends and kinks has to be dead str8 r it will not find a signal try holding it in when its on to see wot happens also check ur skart leads.

Are you scanning with the correct symbol rate for your provider.
