Default Six African channels offered in France

TV channel distributors Thema and Canal+’s Canal Overseas, have teamed up to launch a pay-TV bouquet of six African channels in France on October 1.

Broadcast on Neuf Cegetel’s ADSL service, it will specifically target African communities living in France, and include two networks from Senegal (RTS and 2sTV), as well as public networks from Cameroun CRTV, Ivory Coast RTI, Mali ORTM and Burkina Faso's Burkina RTB.

The “African Bouquet” is managed by company Thema while Canal Overseas is already distributing the six channels on its CanalSat Horizons bouquet, broadcast into more than 20 countries.
