i connect box holding up/dn to get ld 14 it go ld 14 when i relese it go to ld40 then ld20 and numbers spins won't let me get engineers menu some reason
i already reset the box

if there is number rolling on the led display then the box is trying to update to new version, let it update and make sure there is no card inn, then u can go onto eng menu

hold up/down till ld 40 appears hold for 10/15 secs then release should boot in to EM now!

ld20 meant that u didnt have any signal comming to the box, or the cable connection wasnt connected to the box thats why the box wasnt updating properly, normally it takes 5 mins for box to update.
