the advice from anyone in this forum would be this....

dont mess with a subbed box, cut talkback and spoof your nic with modems.

A subbed box is one that you pay a subscription for every month for to v*rgin-med*a.
You do not touch these boxes. best to buy one from someone or if you have ever had a subscription canceled in the past & vm did not want the box back you could use this.

i was wondering if u can help me cuz i have chipped my virgin modam and want to geta laptop but be4 i do this i will need to get a wireless router and connet it to my pc and i dont want to pay all the money for it not to work? will it work if i buy thanks
