hi can anyone tell me what nilesat channels i can recieve in the uk with a 1m dish? thanks alot

It depends where abouts in the UK you are. A 1m dish is only just about sufficient for some vertical TPs in the SE.

how about manchester? i used to recieve some channels a long time ago but im not sure anymore as the settings on the reciever have changed, i need to readjust the dish as well.

Not much of a chance at all. Possibly one of the stronger TPs in the Midlands, but in Manchester, not a hope I wouldn't have thought.
