Do you think Virgin will ever roll out cable to non-cable areas?

i wish they would. its well boring at my gf's house. its cabled at the end of the street but her new street which was built about 2 yrs ago, nada. bt got there underground lines in when the street was being built.

I think its very unlikely.
It cost over 4 Billion pounds to lay the current cable networks down and I was told by Telewest when I worked for them that they would never pay for those networks and make a profit from them in our lifetime!

You can use a Slingbox to get cable TV in non-cable areas.. My mate uses one to watch his Eurovox in Spain...!

If memory serves by 2010 (or something around them lines) Virgin Media aim to get about as much coverage as a sky do with there tv (around 95% of the country)
