TM 1500 Help

Hi Guys

I have had my TM 1500 for about a year now and have had no problems. Recently however i went to update the software and when i pressed connect on the loader it said "please switch on your reciever and connect" My problem was that the reciever was switched on. After a few seconds it started to download the software but then stopped at around 2 - 3%. I tried again but this time i tried to put a softcam on instead as it is a smaller file. The message came up again and did the same thing. Now it just says "switch on your reciever and connect" everytime and does nothing else. I have tried using 3 different cables and 3 different computers (2 laptops and 1 desktop) but have had no luck. I was wondering if anyone had any idea what could be wrong?

One thing to try - if you haven't already done so, is a forced download.

With the box switched off at the rear launch the DM loader as normal.

Select the last patch that you successfully loaded (just in case the one you are trying to load is corrupted) and click 'connect'.

Turn on the box at the rear and the patch should start to load.

If nothing happens - then your problem is more serious.
