Default C1501 on Mediaportal

Hi

I have followed the guides as far as getting my card working and viewing pay tv channels in ProgDVB.

I am now trying to setup mediaportal. Cant seem to get my card to be even recognised though. Just says no cards found. Any tips or guides?

From what i've got working, you set up your card in the TVServer side of the app, not the main config for media portal

If you get it decrypting with a softcam let me know.. there are a few people here who are having problems! soon as i apply mdapi, the app starts to crash when trying to view any channel

Ok it was doing that with me as well.

To fix it I had to edit the mdapicards file, I changed the name of my card to card 01. Next time you start tv service there should be a folder created called card010. Thats where vplug has to go I think.

I am no longer getting the crashing but I still can only view free channels. Stuck now. Anyone got any pointers? I cant seem to get vistatrayicon to work. Nothing happens when its done running.

Ok I have got it all working now in MediaPortal.

The trick for me was to get ProgDVB working with vplug, then copy the files into the vplug folder in mediaportal.
