can't get subcribed channels / can get all fta and ondemand when switched

can't get subcribed channels / can get all fta and ondemand when switched on........................
if this is the case does it mean that i have deffo got correct bk and ird...
why a blank screen on subcribed channels no card error, just blank but all my other stuff is fine including on demand when its on......wierd ay

any ideas please

dont no if this is any good i was getting living and a load of other ones but iwas not getting sky sports 1 2 3 and a couple of other channels
well a mate of mine works for v.m and he stuck a wee signal tester on my feed he said it was shortng some were it wasa very low so he changed all f plugs in the house and out in the cabinet and bingo on came everthing

you will still get normal channels without the correct b/k
but will not get any suscribed channels only a black sreen m8

yes but i get no errors messages like card invalid-------if i had wrong bk surely it would say ' never paired in' eng menu!!!m and it dosent it says its all good---and i know its right bk as i have had it working ---then it just went like this.....

since it started playing up the only way i can prevent the card invalid error message----and the never paierd thing is to right the ird backwards in toxic this seems to make the card say Goog / ok in the eng menu.....

ive got a feeling its down to a connection immgonna check my splitters anf f conns----------

well im gonna try and wire it up straight to feed outside on its own....

thing is my pace 4010 works perfect and so does the modem.....---i swap the 4010 for the 2100 and it does this now ------------------but like i said i have had it going with funcard i got everything as i sat and watchin last night---then while i was watchinh it went off! saying card invalid----i checked in eng menu and in page 13 bootloader page?? it sayd it downloaded 2134 kb or summit about tim it went off!!!

but still 3.6v

after the update its probly changed a number in the bk sometimes this happens with 2100 reset net id and jtag see if the bk has changed you will not get an err msg if bk wrong just blankscreen

ondemand also workz when the switch is flicked with the worng bk---wopulkdnt it say never paier in eng menu-----

and i did re jtag and it gave me the same 1!!!! only differnece the ird was reversed

na mate ppv works on mac address m8 long as ird correct ppv will work all they do is blacklist the mac address it defo sounds like they have change the bk with one number did you have it wrote down if so check it if not reset net id and jtag m8 or even just jtag

when it took an update last night it has totally changed the bk-------to what was working b4 hand..................

and ird as now forwards agin with 1 number different to the first time that worked with all channels till update........

well all sorted now thank god ---- well thats about a day gone.............LOL

didnt realise that virgin could change bk on boxes by update!!!!!! is that only for sammys???

i had tried rjtagging b4 but i kept getting same bk that worked the first time-----

this time i got toally diff 1-----------worked in secs all channels----

when subscrition is stopped on box and you up date with card in it will give false b/k

glad you all sorted m8 2100 are bad for bk changing had it a few times
