Can't update FirmWare EX1000SL

hi there, i have just bought a eurovox Ex1000SL and nothing is scanned, any assistance? seems not to get any channels. connected to the pc and my pc can`t detect it as well.

More to the point, how the hell do you expect anyone to be able to help you diagnose the problem if you won't tell us more information about the problem - 'Can't update FirmWare EX1000SL' just won't cut it mate!

If you actually tell us what you have tried, what happened, etc etc, then we can help, but if you can't tell us more than the above, then you might as well put the box in the bin and give up.

Hi there, what firmware version is currently on the box and how have you tried to update it so far, and with which update.

You could try a deep installation, using the correct symbol rate for your area - 6887 or 6952, if one doesn't work, try the other.

Why don't you try crawling from under that rock your under, open your eyes and look at the date i first asked this question?? This thread is 11month old. I responded, thanked the members who answered my question, then edited my posts. Again, if you opened your eyes, you would see that all my posts were edited at a later date. Whilst were on the subject of ignorance and blindness, did you by any chance see the following writing below each answer??
