Default Quantum NO IP

Hi Hope some one can help have been running a quantum for weeks no problems this week changed my isp to telefonica here in Spain with a comtrend wireless modem now it wont receive the IP, any ideas?

Do you have the Quantum connected through a Router or direct to the modem? Is the router/Modem configured to allocate an IP address by DHCP

Thanks for reply it goes to a router same as the PC I have since found out that i have to allow NAT settings but don't have any idea what to put in the settings??? it is configured to allocate by DHCP any ideas

Most routers have NAT on by default - don't you have your old router still available to use?

You could also try turning PnP on if available on the router
