Default C-1501 & ProgDVB with vPlug (Unable to Scan)

When using the latest version of ProgDVB & vPlug, when scanning for channels it keeps coming up with 2 windows, the one in foreground says 'scanning report' - clicking on OK or Cancel closes the windows down.

Why does this occur, I'm unable to scan for channels with latest version of ProgDVB and reinstalled numerous times!

When I downgraded ProgDVB to an old version (4.87.7) with latest vPlug software, all is fine and channel scanning works alongside unscrambling!

Running: Vista x64, but with x86 versions of above software.
