Initial setup HELP pls!!!

i tried the frequency you gave
frequency = 571000

seems 1 number to long so missed the 0 off the end...still got same error saying 0 transponders found..

unfortunately my starview is dead hence this purchase..

I was thinking oif flashing it with a new image but surely this one should pick up the channels ok shouldnt it?

any ideas?

it's in MHz therefore use 00571

thanks changed it but still no joy?

0 new transponders
0 tv services etc

starting to wish had just got another starview now :>(

Thank you! looking at that video i never get the setup wizard when first turning it on so couldnt select a region or provider etc, think this is the issue? if i do a factory reset you think i might get this wizard??

Can i flash the neutrino image with a usb serial adapter btw?
