console hack problems

can anyone help am trying to use the console hack on 2 x 250 madems but i keep getting error saying cant drop exploit it did work on vista but i couldnt run the softjtag software in vista. have re tryed it with xp and now the exploit wont work any ideas would be great

sounds like you havent installed the files needed for softjatag and console app to work m8.


recheck my origional post all the files are in there and it should fix the issue..

if not give me a pm and ill see what i can do to help..

if you mean have i installed visual j and net frameworks then i have done that also i have put the 2 ocx files in my system32 folder as well have i missed anything else and thanks for the reply

hmm seems interesting tell ya what i tried when i had this problem..
set ya ip to the required 192.168.100.10 click apply
then on network settings click disable then enable
turn modem on
wait till all lights stop flickering then use console app and let me know if its ok.. hope this helps .. also a quick restart of pc also solves this issue and good luck.

ok now i an run the console unlocker ok but when i run softjtag i get the unhandled exception error i have read this is because the modem has been bricked is this true and if so how do i unbrick them many thanks

if you have turned the power off mate then its bricked you will need to program the chip read my post SoftJTAG Crash fix :)

was geting the same then i used my usb com port3 and that worked for me
tommy if u need them don pm me and mite be ebel to call by the shop and do them for u
