Default vPlug setup query

My ProgDVB is playing up again (because I've fiddled with it) but DVBDream is running OK.
I've put vPlug 2.3.8 into both, but I see a difference in the vPlug display boxes
in ProgDVB it shows MD-API Version 1.02 - 1.06 [MD - API]
but DVBDream shows MD-API Version 3.0 - 1.06 [MD - API]

I don't know what it all means, do I have a problem, if its all up to date should they not both be the same?

I've got SS2 driver v4.5.0,
ProgDVB v4.91.11 (in the About it says Module API v1.33. Plugins API v1.33 (MD - 1.06)
DVBDream v1.4.9.0 (but the above info is not shown in About.)
