Newbie image help

I have a Sagem Dbox2 x1 (took me about a week to find that out ).
Have just got into to reading up on updating it as the person i bought it of and who usally updates it has moved down south .

I have flashed the box with an NG image i found using a crossover cable,laptop and Image Flashing Assistant which is has sadly sent my box into german with no option to change it to english just wondering what the best images are to flash and the best places to get them as i am only able to find them on german sites which makes looking around quite hard for me as we did french in school

Any help would be most apreciated
