i have been recently given a chipped samsung smt2110c but the virgin media remotes wont work it can any 1 help .

what colour is remote? you need blue remote

i have tried the blue remote and the silver v+ remote neither of these are working i'm starting to think it is a problem with the infered display i think they can be replaced but i'm not sure
