Default One feed, two STB's

Evening all, newbie poster here

Apologies if this has been asked previously, I did do a search but couldn't see anything (and apologies if i shouldn't even be asking the question).

I have 2 STB's (one is from VM showing the XL tv package I subscibe to, the other, erm, isn't!), both have their own card and both work fine when plugged into the VM feed.

If I split the feed to both STB's, would it allow me to watch two different channels on two tv's at the same time?

I only ask as I wouldn't sleep at night knowing it was possible to do this, I would immediately have to destroy one of the boxes to ensure it would never happen in my law abiding household!

Cheers
H.

welcome to the forum, the answer to your q? is yes you can split the cable using a 2 way spitter, but you will need extra cable to run to both stb,s.

Yeah u can use a Splitter 1 Split for UR REAL SUBB Box & the other just for the FULL PACKAGE!! Thats if you want on - demands still, But even though u need the XL Package b4 u get em. So u might as well CANCEL SUBB BOX and Hack it!!!
