Nokia Dbox 2 Freezes after scanning uccessful

Hi, this strange thing started happening since this morning. it was working fine last night. when i turn the dobx on it hardly shows the picture and freezes. changing the channels shows message Channel not available. scanning isnt successful unless the box is shutdown and started again, upon starting it suggests to do a scan which it successfully completes but as soon as i close the successful scanning message the picture freezes...

been stuck in this cycle, havnt really tried re-flashing as the scanning does work and it runs the channel as long as i dont close the scanning successful message.

any ideas?

Hi sounds like signal problem check your connections it could be something simple like that if you are using splitters remove and try direct feed see if it improves best to check your signal another thing which causes freezing for some people is emu mgcamd evocamd is better emu so if you are using mgcamd try evocamd

hi, thanks for the reply.

i have been using evocamd that wasnt the issue.

re-flashed the box and that fixed it, still not sure what went wrong because it did scan everytime the box was "cold booted".
