Can anyone unloop for me? Manchester

Hi,

Can anyone unloop and read an NT L card, paired to a sammy 2100, or jtag the box?

I'm new to this stuff and don't want to shell out on a load of gear i'll only use once! (yes i'm a tight arse)

I'm located near Ashton-U-Lyne, can come to you.
