ooh ok do i need to change the MAC address on the router though? Usualy when setting up me router it has to be the same MAC address as 1 of the ones I hav registered. Would i change the routers MAC to the MAC I am using on the modem?

Thanks

Edit:

And do i need to change the MAC on all computers connected to the wireless router?

So.......if i wanted to use my original VM STB for the internet again, do I just assign my router its original MAC address then plug the cable into the VM STB?
yeah, it makes the whole thing easier when you can change the mac of the router.
