Default BBC Freesat on a motorised setup???

Hello Folk's

Any ideas on this, I used to a freeview box but it is now broke. Ive got a 78cm motorised setup but i can't seem to get some of the channels i used to have on freeview like channel five, five us as they seem to be encrypted.
Can i get BBC free sat or are there any other ways of getting the channels on freeview.

Cheers.

On satellite some channels are currently FTV (Free to View), which means you require either a S*y card or a simple FTV card to view the channels.
On Terrestrial freeview these channels are FTA (Free to Air).
All BBC channels are FTA on both satellite and terrestrial.
What satellite receiver do you have?

C5 and its siblings are indeed encrypted on satellite. C5 should go clear by the end of the year. There are no plans for 5er or 5US to go clear for the time being.

You need a freesatfromsky card (20quid) and a receiver able to use it (normally a sky digibox) .

Nice one I don't suppose you know if it needs to be registered or if it will do this automatically once it is inserted.
