Default Baby TV (13E) and the Dragon CAM?

Anyone know what has happened to Baby Tv Europe (10971 H 27500) on 13E?

My daughter used to watch it religiously and now it has gone to 'scrambled' only. My Dragon used to unscramble it with ease but now it won't. Sometime's a quick removal of the CAM then push back in does the job, but not this time

How am I supposed to keep my 2 year old quiet now LOL

Any other reports on this channel?

Cheers in advance.

It changed encryption three days ago.
How about picking your little darling daughter up,and you becoming the babysitter rather the tv.
You don't have cable do you,as some content is free on Virgin Media VoD,IIRR.
If you want some recordings on Dvd(free of charge),let me know via PM,Miklos.
