ITV HD - FS Passion?

Is there a way of receiving ITV HD without having to download the FS firmware?

I don't want to download anything into my receiver if I can help it, not whilst it is working trouble free. Last time I did, I had to reboot and lost all my settings, saved favourites etc, etc. And it became a bit unstable when moving from sat to sat. Now that it is working as and how I want it, I just thought I could manually input something?????

The new firmware, I believe, gives access to the Freesat EPG, ifyou don't want/need that, then just just manually tune the channel in, or add it in as necessary.
