You can get those satellites using almost any receiver with a 60cm or 80cm dish.
SouthernSat is a friendly supplier, or you could go somewhere like Maplin for a cheap solution (but you have to work out how to do it all).

DishPointer is a handy way of ascertaining where to point the dish from your location, and you can use the info to work out whether there any obstacles which would impede view of any particular satellite.

Next you have to point at a satellite which has the stuff you want. Astra1 has regional Spanish broadcasts, but not the main Spanish stations (Hispasat, I think, for these, but don't know if they're encrypted).

I didn't take into account that you're in Ireland - depends on where you are what the opportunities are.

i'm living in ireland and i have no problem gettting spanish channels on astra @19.2. there's a few fta there.i'm using a 80cm dish, with a monobloc lnb to pull in hotbird as well.there are plenty of suppliers around.
you would get a better deal buying from the u.k.

30W has the greatest number of FTA spanish channels on it.

FlySat Spain TV Channels

Also if you get an M-Vision, I think you can get some of the Spanish terriestrial channels on it also.
