Default 2110 no power

I have a 2110 and u connect the power cable, you get the red light on the stanby button but nothing else, any ideas

open it up and check the psu for blown caps. see if there is any black gunk comming out of them and replace as nessacerry

Hi

As rawsy has said except going to add something which is not good, in last few weeks VM have been knocking these 2110 off where they just stay on standbye and you can get them going.
