I appear to have lost ITV HD on my Vantage 8000, does anyone know if the settings have changed, if so what are the new ones?

Hi,
I have not changed my settings at all, or the software, and still getting it on:

11428H
27500

VPID 3401
APID 3402

only showing the Currrently not available screen as usual though.

Thanks Robbo, those were the settings I was using, however I get an on screen message saying " no video/audio signal. I thought this was OK as I had this message before but when transmission commenced I got the picture, however, when the England match was on last night, no picture just the message. The signal is 88 and quality 89.

I now have the screen saying currently unavailable, I changed the video to H264 (whatever that means) from MPEG-2

That's why,you were getting the no audio/video signal message,as the video codec should be always set to H264.
