Default sb5100i help

hi guys im trying to flash a sb51001 but it flashed to fast like 10 secs ive tryed everything ( checked my wires jtag every thing it an intel chip and as i type this now im flashing another sb51001 could the first modem be bricked even tho it has all lights ? cheers for your help

yes ive flashed the 5100i loads of times but this sb5100i flashes in 10 secs ive even tryed putting the original firmware back on and that does the same flashes in 10 secs and when i go to detect flash it says no flash detected what now ? help please thank you
