the 3g uk code server is down for more than 2 months..so i am afraid at the moment, you can only get the unlock code from operator.

unlock by cable (in shop) is also possible, but it takes a few days for that

put a turbo sim in the phone with your sim that you want to use and it will work with any network apart from the new o2 sims
