hi people i have just recently experianced my box has lost all channels i was on the version 8 so i tried rescanning but nothing has happened with the key em i then tried the 7.09 with it but still nothing all i get is the free channels any help would be mint thanks

I know this sounds daft but did you select the right cable provider for your area before scan.

press menu 1570 look at the bottom of list turn emu to on then exit bingo
