I took delivery of my new eurovox pvr ex5000 today. I flashed it and tested it and tried the recording on the wd 120 gb hard drive. Worked great. Now i swapped the hard drive for the one which was in my laptop as i wanted the bigger one on my computer as i dont record alot of tv. How do i go about formatting my old laptop hard drive so it works with the pvr?

I have put it in the box, pushed it back as far as it will go, checked though the vent to make sure its in. But when i try to pause or record it says, no recordings round or hard drive full.
