lost channels

help would be much appreciated,last night i lost some channels so i done a power scan and found i had lost all the channels ,it came up service unknown and no signal,would i have to reflash my box which is eurovox max red,is doing a power scan resetting it to factory settings?,cheers for any help

have you done a factory reset b4 scanning if not then try that also whenever you lose chans always check your service providers site to see if they have any reported issues that are being worked on for your area

done the factory reset and a power scan ,all channels back on,cheers mate for the advice
