Anyone know where i can get a Eurovox MaxV box repaired in the northwest UK?..liverpool area.

i got an error message telling me to take it back to your retailer..then nothing. The only thing on it is a red standby light.

Dont know what jtag means so i'll hopefully find a shop or sumit to fix it for me

The retailer has gone AWOL btw.

Ask lincsat on this forum for a Jtag - its just a lead which connects to one part of the circuit board chip. He'll explain i think.. and this problem has been mentioned on the forum before - search for 'error message retailer' - should spit something out!
