Hi

Got this really annoying problem with my nokia 6500 slide phone..
Tried network provider , but they dont know anything!!
The phone keeps loosing the ringtone and screen saver no matter how many times i set them up

Keeps goin back to the blank screen and nokia tone on it own.
Anyone got any tips to the cause of this please??

Firstly: Try a master reset (backup everything firstly).
Secondly: Make sure theres enough memory on the phone for what you want it to do.
Thirdly: Get shot of it, cause the 6500S will only get worse!

Not helpful, I know. But best off emailing Nokia for support, and as a last thought, try updating your firmware as per Nokia's website.
