hi there friends, i have a pace 2000 and having the difficulty of solving the error 2& 3 problem, i have replaced the working vmrom chip but still no success, any1 help plzzzzzzzzz

could be a short anywhere on the board mate

error3 is normaly attys but also check ur battery

i had same problem on a pace1000 - err2 and 3

i did everything possible from replacing the vmrom chip, rams, re-heating and re-soledering the board...

nothing worked....

i would say it has died of old age...
