I've only ever had one Thomson box and i can't say i was overly impressed with it

Why would reception in Ireland be a problem for you. I managed to get Sky while in France last year using a Zone 2 Sky dish

You might aswell just get Sky to do a new install and pay them the £30

You could also look at the Prepay packages. Last time i saw them they were £75 which gave you 3 months viewing of the 4 mix package and then you could cancel and keep the equipment. Unfortunately you have to leave your box connected to the phone for 12 months

Avoid Thommo boxes - they are basically Grundigs and suffer the same psu capacitor failure problems as the notoriously bad Grunnies

Press red on a channel carrying the interactive stream. Or press that large button top right on the remote labelled "INTERACTIVE" !

Hi guys I got a Sky viewing card from kerrywez, Thanks wes

iv a problem, when the viewing card is in the slot, ITV and BBC channels disappear from the channel list!

should this happen?
