Powersync Unlooper plz help

i got my powersync unlooper today connected to comport and powered up with smartcard in the unlooper. then i opened sindwinder and it says unlooper not detected plz check power up or comport. plz someone help i dnt knw wht im doing

Did u get it from tmc m8 , u sure its flashed , and tri win explorer to be sure.
Try a different smartcard in it . check all buttons make sure its on ok and the pot .

i got it from unapit.com im not sure if its flashed how can i check? and i have tryed 2 cards and the backdoor login is still on them. im using this script: MIKEDATA & CHARTMAN A86 AND BOD SCRIPT MAY 2007 A86. its 2 rom 11 cards i have tryed excuting script and i get this message on win explorer:

the a86 script is for rom 10 m8 use winex with a rom 11 script it should all ready be flashed does the script start running on any of the smart cards you have tryed if not then flash it with the newd 11x flash m8 very easy to do if ya need a hand give me a shout

go into program parametres and selct unlooper, then change rec timout to 600 and the two underneath it to 100 then 10 see what happens.

sidewinder wont work on my t911 but win does m8.
