im thinkg of buying a premodded surfboard off ebay, just wanted some info on mac addresses my m8 across the road has virgin media broadband can i use there mac address and both use the same mac address.

no you cant use the same mac address you are both in the same segment/ubr,use your mates connection to search for some macs using dchp force
