Hi

i have a pace 1010T box that i got the Bk,IRD from programmed a card got all channels but about 1-2 hours later it switched off and just said pace on the front display? now when i plug the power in it just comes up pace straight away and stays like it?

any help would be great

check net id

are you in pure? if so do a hard reset and the net id will set itself, if not then your gonna have to learn the funcard trick, i dont know how to do this as never needed it but i know its in a tut somewhere, also if you crack it giz a shout as i have a 4001 with the same problem

No i'm in telewest area, but i don't believe it's netid because it's was set to the correct netid then went funny so tried pulling red jumper, but now it don't get past pace so can't get in eng menu to use funcard for netid.

ok it may be the sim board inside the box unclip it give it a wipe when you put it back you may need to put a bit of card board to hold it firm .... try to roll it .ie. finger on standby power up finger off standby then press favs. interactive. tv guide. tv.. then ..ok button...

to get into eng ...finger on standby ....power up .. then press tv guide..interactive ..tv guide......tv... then you need to press ok but underneath the chanel display you need to put your finger on up an down as norm but you have got to be realy quick good luck
