If the Starview 3 The Box I have is a clone, I see that there is no clone fix for this! Can I use the Starview 1 file clone fix on this box to be safe?

Doesn't really matter as there is no SV3 clone killing firmware, (cant say there never will be though). Just use any SV3 firmware.
