Default What happened?

Came home today to find my internet not working, using a motorola sb5101 and haxoware. Only the standby light was on, tried rebooting all lights came on as normal then all go off and im left with standby light and no internet. Haxoware still works though. Did my mac get blacklisted or something?

Well they should be the same as when it was working i havent changed anything and it all looks ok, tried not forcing a config to see if that helped but it didnt. In haxoware it everything is ok and operational but no lights on modem except standby. Its rather strange. Hoping virgin havent bricked it somehow

how are you trying to connect to your modem?
open your local area connection goto properties then click internet protocol & use the following IP address: IP address: 192.168.100.10 subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 then click ok.

now try and connect to your modem if you can set your settings then do the above again but click obtain an IP address automatically then ok.
