Pace 1000 no channels after netid update

Hi
Just done netid update and now no channels tried many times re writing files but nothing at all. Got bk from database is it possible that this could be wrong?
If anyone can help cheers

Net id & freq or set in eng menu i get the vm logo seems like everything's fine and then i get nothing on every channel

im not sure mate if box boots up u should at least get fta channels even without card
check connections if using any splitters remove and try again

some1 with more experiance might know

is this a box you had before you messed with it or is it a box you've just come by? have you moved it to another area or something?

Are you sure your setting it to the right net id, is the symbol rate right ?
Sometimes you need to set that with freq in menu.

Thanks everyone for your help managed to get it going i used libby and put my scart in vcr instead of tv that seem to work straight away strange but true.
