Default Wireless

Hi

Whats the difference with cable and sat? Currently I have TM5200 Super and wondering what advantage it might be to have a cable as well. I have NThell also. I was orignally put of having to put connect a Eurovox (for example) to cable too, is there such thing as wirelss boxxes now?

Regards.

You can use wireless AV senders to distribute the signal around your house but I have never heard of a "wireless" box .

On cable you have a good selection of film channels all the sports and a good range of other stuff, its well worth buying a eurovox or starview etc, no wireless boxes available at the moment, like blakey said you can get wireless senders and receivers if you dont want to run extra cables, but the picture wont be quite as good.

Hello and thanks for the reply. I am deffinately going to look into this.

What I meant by wireless was that I thought the box needed to not only have to been connected via a cable (virjin or other) but also have to be internet connected also. I only have the cable (not the internet part) otherwise I need to drill holes in the house..so I wonder if any of them had wireless connectivity to overcome this. Or do they not need to be connected to the internet?

Any views on the best box ( budget wise-upgradablity, stability etc)

Regards all.

No you only need cable connection, have a read through eurovox and other cable box sections, it will give you a better idea what to buy.
