Default starview 3

Hi all new to all this just wondered if you only loose 1 or 2 channels ie satanta sport can you just do a scan to get em back or do you have to do a full update with pc and null cable my box is the box super

just do a scan then look at the end of the list

Hi did a scan channels are there but say no signal what do i look at the end of the list for

Do a factory reset and scan again. This will lose your channel order if you have them sorted but will get your missing channels back.

Make sure you carry out the scan from the direct feed, i.e. no splitter.

you scan from a direct feed to rule out any problems at all with splitters
