Default boxkey starting with DE

can anyone tell my if a box key starting with DE is fake.

nope shouldnt be, best thing to do is write a mosc or a funcard to see for 100% m8

im trying to update the netid before i write my mosc, it doesnt seem to want to take the update though. i read the mosc in nagra and it was giving an fake ird but ive worked it out from the eng menu.

ive updated two boxes before but i cant seem to get my head round this. its a sammy 2100 btw

well if it dosn't work you can always j-tag thee box

trouble is im hopeless at jtagging, this is my second box and and still im getting the same error target disconnected error from bke 2.2.
its driving me crazy not being able to jtag im sure im doing everything right.

can anyone clarify if i need to have the box connected to feed to jtag?

so i connect live feed, connect jtag, power on box hold down key when ld20 is displayed until it reaches ld40 then let go and wait until the power button goes green.

i then click connect on bke 2.2 whilst mac mot driver is running. an it should give me the ird and bk.

sorry when you say feed to you mean power not stream?

but you have to input the correct bytes

im looking for c&w 3.5b bytes as we speak, ive done this before for 3.6 but i couldnt get the damn thing working.

is the method above correct?
