please help (the box super)

i have recently purchased the box super boot version 8.0 .
the problem i am having is on the movie channels and some others including itv2 , i have this stupid women talking me through the program or movie, its seems like an aid for the blind or something. i have tried everything to get rid of this and dont have a clue. could someone please help!!

Try alternative audio stream,press the audio button.

i can only change left or right speakers in the audio settings

Try another channel press audio and press up or down.
