When I put my box on standby and then turn it back on it says no sign on my tele, Iv got to unplug at the back of the box, Any1 elses like this??

beeen covered loads of times DONT LEAVE TURNED OFF

reason being its off and if it trys to update codes, it cant, so will freeze
