Default Re: Starview with Surboard Haxorware modem Any Issuses

Dont think u will have any signal issues m8 as its just the firmware thats been flashed on ur surfb, not the tuner..if ur really concerned just add either a forward path attenuator or a simple two way splitter as they work like a repeater anyway..ive heard the haxorware is quite good+aint heard of any real issues with it to date..thinkin of startin 2 use em myself, but i like havin ye old infinte as u need 2 telnet 2 it+settin a user/pass only u know eliminates a user from the suspect list when a modem uve flashed goes down, so i hope the haxorware has user/pass protected functionality on it 2!!
Incidentally the sellers on fleabay offerin haxorware pre-flashed modems usaually offer a guarantee+or full support, apart from givin u any mac info obviously!!
