This is my first post in the forum, It's a very educational place and seems to be very friendly.
I'm looking to purchase a Eurovox Ex5000 and will be ordering from Linscat's after reading all the good reviews on here. My question is would it be worthwhile ordering the 120 Gig HDD along with the box for an extra £45 or could I get one a lot cheaper shopping around ?? Cheers |

You could likely get one cheaper, the price includes installing the drive and testing - and the price was recently reduced to £40 when I sourced some cheaper drives

Can the Eurovox PVR take any 2.5" ide/ata drive up to 120 gb? As you get some none seagate drives for about the £30 mark. Or are there any compatibility issues with the Eurovox and certain drive manufacturers?
Thanks
